Most usually I would have a brief telephone conversation with you and we would agree a time for you to have an initial session. You should begin by emailing me. The initial session would be for an hour, with no obligation, to discuss your difficulties and to see whether we could work helpfully together.

Getting here:
If you come by car please note that I am at the Grovelands Road end of Waverley Road. There is free parking in the streets nearby.
Public transport: 5 mins walk from the Pond House stop on Oxford Road bus routes 15, 16 and 17 with frequent services (up to every 4 minutes). These bus routes run from near Reading rail station, and from stops CW & CX (Cheapside stop on Oxford Road) in Reading town centre. See map of bus stops. The bus ride takes about 10 minutes.
Alternatively, I am 30 mins walk from Reading West rail station.
If you come by bike I have a secure side entrance.
