Psychotherapy and Counselling
You may have a specific problem and we will work on that in a focussed way for a limited amount of time in counselling. If your difficulties are less easy to define or more deep seated we will agree to start psychotherapy in an open-ended way and review the progress as we go.
Counselling and psychotherapy do not differ from each other a great deal but usually counselling would be for a shorter or limited period of time. Some people find they need to enter into a period of therapy more than once a week, either to tackle a life-long issue or because they are profoundly puzzled by themselves, their creativity or their relationships.
It is your therapy, with an experienced and highly qualified therapist.
